Our initial service area is within Mississippi, with a strong presence in Jackson, Hattiesburg, and surrounding rural communities. The state’s high dependency on Medicaid and limited rural transportation options make this a critical launch zone.
Phase 2: Southern Louisiana
Expansion into Southern Louisiana will target metro areas such as Baton Rouge and New Orleans, where there is a high concentration of Medicaid recipients and VA facilities. Our outreach will focus on securing contracts with healthcare providers and state agencies.
Phase 3: Alabama (Year 2 Launch)
By Year 2, we aim to extend services into Alabama, covering Birmingham, Montgomery, and Mobile. The state’s aging population and growing demand for medical transport services present a strong business opportunity.
Long-Term Expansion: Southeastern United States
